- During the tour, it is sufficient to have Euros for shopping and spending in all countries included in the program. In regions where local currency is used, the guide will assist with currency exchange.
- Comfortable walking shoes or sneakers should be preferred during the tour. It is advisable to bring a sweater or similar clothing for the evening.
- On our tours, seat rotation is applied daily in seating arrangements; therefore, fixed seats or front seat guarantees are not provided. Seat changes are organized by the vehicle guide.
- When entering Turkey from abroad, there is a mandatory minimum stay of 3 days to bring goods (alcohol, tobacco, etc.).
- Duty-free shopping limit when entering Turkey from abroad: Cigarettes: 3 cartons, Alcoholic Beverages: 1 liter of spirits (excluding spirits with more than 22% alcohol, wine, and champagne), Alcoholic Beverages: 2 liters of spirits (including spirits with less than 22% alcohol, wine, and champagne), Perfume: 600 ml, Makeup or Skin Care Products: 5 items, Chocolate and Confectionery: 2 kg, Coffee: 1 kg, Tea: 1 kg
- Tour guides may make changes to the program flow while ensuring all destinations listed in the program are visited, depending on weather and road conditions.
- Guests who register for the tour have the right to cancel free of charge up to 30 days before the tour date. If cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the tour date, a 30% penalty applies; if 20 days or less remain, a 100% penalty applies. Hospital reports, workplace permission letters, or other documents obtained from Turkish authorities submitted with the participant's cancellation request are unfortunately not accepted for cancellations of accommodations and services outside Turkey.
- Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 25 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour departure. Tours cancelled due to insufficient participation will be notified by JoyWorldTur.
- In cases where the tour program provides only category information without specifying names and/or offers options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by JoyWorldTur 2 days before the tour departure.
- During periods such as trade fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located at distances exceeding the specified kilometers. In such cases, information will be provided by JoyWorldTur at least 15 days before the tour departure date.
- Triple rooms are subject to hotel availability. In such rooms, the third bed is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are fold-out or coachbed type, participants booking triple rooms for a third person and/or children are deemed to have accepted potential crowding and the bed type in the room. Child discounts apply only to one child accompanying two adults within the eligible age group.
- Breakfasts included in the tour package are served according to the breakfast culture of the country visited, typically as a limited continental menu consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee. These may be served in a separate hall allocated for the group.
- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours, designed for general city introduction, conducted via vehicle with guide commentary, and do not include entry to museums or historical sites. In the event that panoramic tours cannot be carried out because local authorities do not permit visitation or entry on the scheduled day and time (including other tours mentioned in the program), due to closed roads caused by any event, or because weather conditions make the tour impossible, JoyWorldTur shall not be held responsible. Some tours may be conducted via public transport or on foot where possible, due to closed roads or points where vehicle access is not permitted.
- Waiting times at border crossings made by road during travel may exceed standard limits; JoyWorldTur cannot be held responsible for any negative consequences arising from such waiting times.
- Extra tours are organized by the local JoyWorldTur partner we cooperate with, requiring a minimum of 20 participants. If this number is not reached, the excursions may not take place, or extra tour prices, content, and vehicles used may vary according to the number of participants. Additionally, tour dates and times may be changed by the guide based on the opening/closing status of museums and historical sites at the destinations and weather conditions.
- Extra tours are optional and depend on the participant's choice. Passengers who do not wish to participate in extra tours organized during the trip are deemed to have agreed to wait at a suitable rest facility along the route. Such passengers will be dropped off at the roadside rest facility before the extra tour begins and picked up again from that location after the main tour is completed.
- Check-in and boarding procedures for those participating in air tours are personal processes and must be completed by the guest at the airport counters of the relevant airline or online via the airline's website before the flight.
- JoyWorldTur is not responsible if guests fail to board the flight due to not being present at the specified airport at the time indicated by JoyWorldTur for tour participation, failing to complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, completing them on time but not boarding the aircraft. All costs incurred for round-trip new flight tickets and transfers in the destination area required for those who miss the flight to join the tour are their own responsibility.
- JoyWorldTur acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the airline and is subject to the Hague Protocol of September 28, 1955. There may be risks of delays in scheduled and special flights, or times may change prior to the existing tour and flight. JoyWorldTur is obligated to notify such changes as soon as possible. The passenger has purchased the tour accepting the risk of time changes. Children aged 0-2 years are exempt from paying airport taxes and aviation service fees.
- Vehicle types used in our tours are classified according to the number of passengers as follows. The appropriate vehicle type will be determined for each tour based on the number of participants:

- All guests are deemed to have completed the sale of the tour upon accepting the above terms.
